Results of not Paying your Debts

As much as you the Rights to Pay or not to Pay your debts, the Creditor also have the Right to be paid at the Agreed, stipulated time.

The Contract must be clear when the Payment is defaulted due unforseen circumstances like lay-offs, Act of Nature such as Death,Fire, Climate or stolen or forcefully taken or stolen. All this information should be in the contract.

Actually the Property from the Creditor is in the state of "borrowing" which means it should be kept intact. If it is returned to the owner he)she may reject and demand more more compensation of which the legal process will determine how much or less should be paid.

Under negotiated Agreement, the property may be transferred to the other customer. It is between the two Customers. The Agreement should be taken to the Creditor of which the Creditor may accept or reject it.

It is ver rare that the Creditor may compensate the first Buyer because the period which the Buyer had was regarded as the Rental Period. The Buyer will have the full rights after the Full Settlement.
