 I have tried to iron out  this culture of Non Payment.This is the scourge of the whole world.The manner in which we were brought  up and some of the "clever" methods and undermining other People.There are certain values which we  have undermined.

I shall to iron out what are the results of Non Payment,what will affect you now and future. I know some of us are so clever in such way that they can evade justice and more clever.
