Its December month. Some of us will  get bonuses  and some will  not  get  any bonus  Thats a problem. There are three types of -Those who  don't  want to pay. -There  are  those  who always negotiate to Pay less. -There are those who always make promises to pay but keep on postponing. At the same time there  are  those  who  are genuine. There is a last painful  group which  wants everything  but don't  have  money. They  rely on on decieving  and even disappearing on the agreed. Some will abuse  the law because  perhaps you misunderstood  the contract

If they do,we wouldn't have ban increase of court cases and they would have learn from the previous convictions. Perhaps the justice system does not give enough exposure about the procedures in the dock. The cases are minimum publicized. Secondly,very few miviesy are showing us the life in prison.If we can be shown the REAL life with the REAL convicted People in the Prison.Perhaps people could change. We don't expect a dramatic change but there can be a certain impact. Instead we are shown the Prison break who some of them show a successful life. It is therefore very awkward that Crime does pay. The Justice matter is our concern. The Community Organizations, Faith based People,NPO and Schools must all contribute and teach people about how does Justice work

This is the behaviour which was copied, inherited in the past years.The throwing away of  -Respect -Culture  -Religion -Wrong Company Respect The Culture  of non-paying starts with losing  Respect.Undermining means you are showing your "wisdom" in another way. Thats why there's always  anger when one wants  to be paid because its not the  money in question  it translates  to despise the owed. Culture Non paying is the undermining Culture which is irresponsible  act.So paying is part of positive  Culture. Religion Religion  covers the  totality of human being.Any religious  person knows its a sin  not to pay your debt. Wrong There are certain people who decieve themselves  that they must not pay debts.

In this  century, we are faced with the mammoth task of  making  people to pay. We must create the culture of Payment. We must educate from 1.Family  Level 2.Payment  of Services 3.Donations 4.Formal Education  5.Responsibility  1.Family  The  head of the  family must make time to "educate" the family  whatever  you do must pay for it. 2.Payment of Services  You must  be open to your child about the payment  of the services of electricity, water and residential  fees. 3.Donations  Although  destinations  are voluntary but  showing the action of appreciation  through financial  means. 4.Formal Education  This should be part of the curriculum.Be in Language  space,Economics,Mathematics  formula and the negative  impact  of non payment. 5.Responsibility  It should be  emphasized the Debt Payment shows Dignity,Respect,Honesty, Trustworthy  and...
